Not at all. You are always liable for the last 12 months and always bound to pay promptly the undisputed element of a bill.
In qualifying circumstances (that's supplier failure not willful customer evasion), older un-billed consumption *may* be subject to back-billing relief.0 -
Well I have SEVERAL copies of correspondence to EDF with no acceptable replies requesting my bills, after 14 months I get a letter out of the blue telling me they are looking into it... I have heard Martin say something along the lines of the 12 month rule0
