DRO and benefits

Just under a fortnight ago I completed my application for a DRO with the citizen's advice bureau, and am now awaiting the barcoded letter to go and make the £90 payment. When filling out the budget my advisor at CAB said that my disability living allowance (DLA) payments didn't need to be included as disposable income as it is to help with my disability. However, within the last couple of days I have had a letter through from JobCentre Plus saying that I may be entitled to what they've called a Severe Disability Premium, which I understand would be included with my Employment Support Allowance. Would this premium have to be included within my disposable income, or would it be the same as with my DLA? Sorry for the rambling message, really hope someone has some kind of idea! I've been trying to get through to CAB to ask them but they're kind of useless at returning messages >_< Thanks in advance :)
