Had my car clamped due to ticket not on display

Hi, had my car clamped due to ticket not on display (PCM of Slough, was parked in Windsor), it had in fact, slipped forward down the dashboard, up to the windscreen edge - you could see that ther was a ticket from outside the car. Sent a claim off, and it has been refused on the grounds the ticket was not displayed. The deisgn of the dashboard can cause this to happen, or slip the other way and fall into the footwell. As the ticket design does not have a 'sticky back' to use, it was left on the dashboard, and must have moved when shutting the door. Had to pay £120 to get the clamp removed, paid it there and then, expecting the PCM company to see sense and pay back what is an unfair charge.
What do you think I should do now ?
I have copies of their photos, the ticket can be seen in only one of them, but not any ticket details visible.
