I got a ticket from the council when I moved my car off my drive to cut my hedges. It was a yellow line admittedly but I was standing beside my car. The officer said I'd been there for 3 minutes but I saw him arrive and issue ticket before giving me the chance to move it. It was clear what I was doing and keys still in my ignition? Please help
