They reffered my account to an agency about 18 months ago and ive been paying them small instalements monthly.
The only reason it got transferred was because the late payment fee's etc they kept applying and i couldnt afford to keep up with it, everytime i made a payment it would go up £30 more..
Even though its been transferred can i still claim back all the charges?
