I think its because the strawberry one comes with full size items eg 200ml body butter and the other come with the small sizes eg 50ml body butter x0 -

) were both registered to my details online though, as when my "niece's" card was registered with fake dob, I didn't gt the email you are supposed to print and take into store.
In the end I contacted them but the reply was useless and took too long, so I tried at a different store and they didn't need the email.
Was the card with the fake DOB registered to a separate account to yours? I wanted to give cards plus BS stuff as presents and, assumed that the recipients will be able to add the new card's number to their BS account (or create a new account and add the new card's number).
In the reward card terms and conditions it does state that online purchases of reward cards can be returned for a refund (if they havn't been used to claim discount etc) so at least we can ask for our money back if orders aren't fulfilled.

My last reward card was purchased using my husband's BS account. When I asked in store about the free gift (as there was no DOB on the card - I explained that it was purchased on my OH's BS account and that I'd missed his birthday) she just filled in my DOB and let me choose my free gift. This was a couple of years ago so maybe they've updated their free gift policy so that you need an emailed voucher too?0 -
only 2 of my orders from yesterday and 2 today have tracked on quidco
is the same for everyone else
do i just need to be patient
just wondering why only 2 out of several orders would track?
also did an order for my sis and she may have changed her mind:mad:
just checked the T&C's it says they refund the delivery charge as well if you change your mind?GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!0 -

i agree with this
i am not sure you could get away with returning one gift card though as some have suggested on the elite thread, the T&C's say only if not used with any promotion, isn't the original purchase part of the promotion??GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED

Yes that is right under the DSR they have to give a full refund if you return all of the items sent to you. hth0 -

It is part of the original promotion
Because without the 2 cards then the buy 2 get 2 free wouldn't have kicked in, so you would surely have to send ALL items back?0 -
dallydoolittle wrote: »Has anyone used the other glitch OP has previously told us about, but I think it's got a bit lost in and amongst this thread.
I have placed 3 orders for this glitch
Order 2 x shea body butter which have 50% off at the minute should be £12.50 but is only £6.25
Then add 2 items as close to £12.50 (to make it worth while) not the same they must be £12.49 or less or it won't work, I have found 2 sets @£12 each,
Plus the free shampoo
Plus the code
Comes to £15,49 inc standard delivery (I haven't bothered with express for this)
Making each item (excluding the shampoo) £3.87 each and NO CARDS all can be used as presents!!
The computer is still recognising that the butter are £12.50 not £6.25 therefore, thinking it's charging you for the highest value product, but it's not. :T
I used this also and got the following:
Rainforest Balance Shampoo
60ml
1 £2.00 £0.00 £0.00
Gift Tin - Wild Rose Handy Manicure Set
Gift Tin - Manicure Set
2 £12.00 £0.00 £0.00
Shea Body Butter
200ml
2 £12.50 £6.25 £12.50
Total :
£15.49 including p&p0
