New body shop glitch!!!

Just had my dispatch e-mail but there are only 3 items on there...
Will I get charged full price for the third item?

No, it means that they don't have stock (presumably) and aren't sending it.

I've just had my despatch email for my order placed at 2pm on the 14th just after the glitch was posted, bit gutted as they have sent the chocomania but not the vanilla set which is what I really wanted so from 2 orders I have got 2 chocomanias 2 shower gels and 2 lyb cards, both the japanese cherry and vanilla gift sets have not been sent.

Can't complain as it was a glitch but I wouldn't be too hopeful if you ordered the vanilla set, bit gutted that I must have been one of the first to get my order in and haven't got the vanilla set I really wanted, should have used express delivery, maybe that would have helped?

Placed three orders yesterday morning (standard delivery), but all of them still say 'awaiting for dispatch'. I guess I need some patience...

My orders (3) were all standard delivery, chocomania, coconut and strawberry gift sets.

some people have gone and ordered a second time i have tried but when i try to add the loyalty card the screen is blank , i have tried on OH lappy but its doing the same thing any ideas or help would be great

It's because the card is out of stock, I get a blank screen too but you will see on this link that is it out of stock - go to page 2

The people who ordered again this morning and yesterday morning did it early, around 6am I think - when the card seeme to come back in stock and then it goes out of stock again

I am just hoping that they get some OOS products back in stock over night. It looks bare on their website for stuff like gift sets.

What's everyone going to do with their multiple lyb cards? Give them to friends/family or does anyone know if it would it be possible to claim the birthday £5 gifts if you have more than one card? It happens to be my birthday next week! I already have a card and will now have 2 more...
