Hi clairibel, I too placed 2 orders on the 14th almost immediately after the glitch became apparent I have no email saying dispatched, and on my BS account it is saying awaiting dispatch.

Both orders standard delivery and no payment taken from my bank account.

Hopefully we will get our emails today

Can someone please tell me exactly what to put into the basket to avail of this glitch?

Is it just the buy 2 get 2 free with the free shampoo?? Plus the 10% off if you have a loyalty card?....Can you but a loyalty card in store?

The loyalty card is currently out of stock online. It seems they go back instock online at about 5:50 in the morning so it needs a early start. It will not work instore. hth

You need to put the free shower gel or shampoo in the basket with the loyalty card. Then just add two products of choice.

You need four items only per order, two of which have to be the Love your body card and the free earth lovers shower gel, the other items can be any you want, most people are ordering gift sets as they're the most expensive, hth.
