I ordered one lot yesterday and two today. They are all standard delivery. I'm wishing I did express delivery too.

My order that was despatched was made at 2.14PM yesterday. This is the order with the 2 x £25 gift sets in.

My other order I made was at 2.33PM - this has not yet been despatched. This order only had about £20 worth of items in but it was things I would actually use! (2 x Mens face scrub which are usually about £8 each).

So I wouldn't worry too much yet, I've found with previous glitches with The Body Shop that they do honour them but some items may be missing due to stock sometimes?

I wasn't sure whether the 20% Quidco would include delivery but it does. I managed on order with the Shea glitch and got:

2 * Shea Body Butter
1 * Hand Manicure Kit (Almond)
1 * Vitamin C Microdermabrasion

It came to £15.49 including delivery and it tracked at £3.10 giving a total cost of £12.39
