Tuesday 14th August- What Small DFW Things Will you be Doing Today?

Afternoon all,
Thanks for starting us off Tiggy.
Stitchy - At least you know what not to spend! Hope it's all resolved soon.
BT1 - Thanks for the motivation last night, I didn't realise you could skip the last year & go straight to ACCA!
I'm in a right grump today, I'm fed up of hearing children constantly crying/screaming/playing some sort of recorder?? But not really playing anything, just random notes that I can hear over our TV! I'm fed up at work as there's maintenance going on here so can't seem to get away from the noise here either & to top it off they've got all the windows open so I'm chilly, my papers are flying everywhere if they're not weighted down & there's dust going all over my things & the desk I cleaned just a few days ago! I think I'm also annoyed with myself for not being very MSE last night & letting DH talk me into getting the D word....(Domin0's pizza!) & not doing the things I should have done. Must try harder today...
Anyway sorry for the moan, onwards & upwards right?!
Today's plan:-- Food from stores
- Leftovers for dinner, something from the freezer for DH
- Make use of free water at work
- Log calories using free app
- Charge phone at work
- Check online banking
- Trying to declutter a bit & do some flylady
- Must try & do a survey or 2
- Ring insurance company for proof of no claims - didn't end up doing this last week or last night...

- Emailed council back re splitting cost of noise insulation...they needed the addresses, fingers crossed they agree!
- Need to email wedding venue, apparently someone else was dealing with our account as she's been in hospital. I don't believe it, but apparently need to be polite & wish her well....feel like throttling her instead as this is money we could put towards the cc, saving interest.
- Submit expense form for half the month before the cut off date tomorrow, £79 out of pocket for parking due to all the maintenance going on

I'm really pleased with myself that I've managed a couple of nsd's (although out of necessity rather than choice), although I think today may well not be as I'm going to visit a friend.
My little list today:
 [STRIKE]Check online banking[/STRIKE] (still shocking)
 [STRIKE]Check for surveys[/STRIKE]
 [STRIKE]Chase up stag do money[/STRIKE] (still)
 If my cheques don't arrive today, ring insurance and electrical company and lose my temper. Got home too late for this today - onto tomorrow's list where I'll definitely find the time.
 Flylady nope
 [STRIKE]Visit a friend[/STRIKE] fantastic day
 Low spend day not really - spent £25 on lunches
 Gym (still debating this as I've woken up with a stiff neck and a sore throat) nope - my glands are up and I feel rubbish
 Diet hard (17 days to go) see above re lunches
Have a good day everyone.
It's so hot and sticky today, and I'm feeling a bit miserable and generally unwell. Sore throat and swollen glands so I'm not risking the gym... Had a fab time seeing a good friend I've not seen in ages who has just moved to the most fantastic new house.
Perni don't be too hard on yourself, sounds like things are a bit carp at the moment.
