For future reference Kurjam and for all others who have a private landlord then the LA has a duty to make an interim payment of HB of such an amount it considers reasonable within 14 days if it has been impractical for them to process your claim in this time.I'll get you, my pretty, and your little dog too!0

this page is really about arrears but as far as hb are coincerned you are in arrears, they dont know you have paid it.0
