I know some benefits can be effected if you have savings and I am on EESA which is effected based on the amount of savings. So I was wandering if you have a ISA do they also get limited in the same way reguler savings accounts do or are they except as they are tax free?

If you have over 16k your not entilted to anything, under 6k ok, between 6k and £15,999 then this gets deducted from your benefits, not 100% sure on the rates, but if you go onto the Direct Gov website give you the deductions there. xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0

Presuming you are on income based ESA. Over £16,000 you get no benefit and between £6,000 and £16,000 there is a sliding scale. Below £6,000 you get the full amount.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -
