Is there anyone who has ever claimed for a Stamp Duty relief for disadvantaged are? How is it done? Do you need to pay HMRC first and then claim it back? If so do they take credit cards for this?

It doesn't explains there if you have to pay first and then claim it back.0 -
I took it as you complete the form and select "Yes - I'm claiming relief" (and hence am not paying)...
But does this one help instead: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/sdlt/calculate/reliefs-exemptions.htm#12You were only killing time and it'll kill you right back0 -
