Hi I`m a newbie at selling on Ebay. I`ve done quite well but I dont know what to do about the fees I owe( currently about £25) Do Paypal bill you once a month and do they take the money from your account? I`vbe kept a reserve back just in case but cant find out when they`ll take the money?

Invoice date is either 15th or last day of the month
I usually pay mine manually - otherwise the fees really add up!0 -
Like any company (e.g. my mobile provider) they often bill you in a monthly cycle and then take the money up to three weeks later. As long as you understand this delay and keep an eye on when the money actually goes out, then you should be able to make sure you have enough in the account to pay if that is how you want to do it.
I would only make a manual payment before you get an invoice, as there have been reports of people finding they are paying twice because eBay's processes are in motion and can't be stopped simply because you have manually paid.
At the moment I owe 52p, which is too small a payment for them to collect or allow me to pay directly through Paypal. I had a small balance for months between sales before I racked up enough to go under their £1 minimum."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

Thank you both so much. I could see it rising all the time and I`d rather settle it as I go!0
