We are looking a Wav vehicle and the cheapest I've found which we think are suitable for our needs are peugeot horizon or renault autograph from allied mobility.

No, My wife bought one from Mobility Disabled in Gloucester who were very good, you need to go along and try the ramps though and make sure they work for you. The access type varies enormously and relates to the size, style of the wheelchair. Its not just about the vehicle.
