Blue Amigo/KGB Deals

I purchased a KGB voucher about 7 weeks ago for a canvas print, and never received it within the promised 21 days.

I contacted the merchant numerous times before finally going to KGB. After responding to a few emails, including them telling me that the merchant has "lost" my image, and has already emailed me to discuss the matter (they hadn't), they suddenly stopped responding when I asked for a full refund.

Now I can't get hold of either of them. I had a look through KGB T&C's, and it says they aren't aren't repsponsible for non-performance of merchants, but surely I have the legal contract and rights with KGB, since they took my money?

Both the merchant and KGB are absolutely ridiculous. I had plenty of trouble free transactions through KGB, but now I know how poor their customer service is, I urge everyone to stay away

I can empathise with you there. I have now been waiting 4 months to have some canvasses delivered from a company called Blue Amigo. I have since discovered that lots more people are having issues. Although I will continue to pursue this with Blue Amigo (who keep insisting they have sent/reprinted and resent etc. etc.) and KGB deals from whom I bought the deals for the canvasses, I have very little hope of ever seeing my products. They will not refund since it is over 7 days since I purchased the deal. The mind boggles.

Was a gift for my sister and I just feel so bad for her because I have to keep telling her I am waiting for yet another response from either.
Shame on you both KGB and Blue Amigo.
