Is vanquish card got a poor customer service

Hi there
I applyed for vanquish credit card 4 monthes ago.a week after they sent my card ,but the detailes on it were wrong,i thougt they aware of it ,i start using it,till got problem with it ,i phone them ,and said can you send me a new card with correct details on it, they lock the card and asked for some proff (like copy of address,passport),and i did,this was nearly 2 monthes,but still card is locked, i sent them(faxed,letter,Email fax) those proff 3 more times ,but still they dont have them,i talked to one of their team leader,he promised to sort it out and call but no news,(is vanquish got any reperesentetiv here)
