Have you been invited to attend an interview at a JobCentre?
If not, it's just a standard DWP letter.
The High Court ruled, last week, that DWP letters were unlawful, so they may be sending out corrected versions to all JSA claimants - or just those on the Work Programme or MWA.Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0 -

Any person currently participating in any mandatory provision will, this next week or so, be sent a letter to enforce the mandatory elements and the possible sanctions that can be imposed if the job seeker fails to comply.
This is following on from the high court ruling, a paragraph has been now added to all new letters explaining clearly the possible sanctions. It doesn't mean you will be getting sanctioned.0 -
ignore me- everyone getting it, apparantly, to 'clarify' what aanctions MAY happen, if you are a naughty boy..
It should make that clearer though..:mad:Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..

I wouldn't worry about it, a lot of people on Work Program got these, it is just to warn you of possible sanctions should you fail to comply.Raven. :grinheart:grinheart:grinheart0

Oh, !!!!!!, lighten up! My son got one of these letters; we laughed. He knows he has met all the criteria (and actually just got a job). We certainly didn't take it that seriously. It does say at the bottom of the letter that it is for information only.0 -
I think they are telling you that there are tougher sanctions from October 2012. I have looked on the internet and have found this so far:
