Hi All

Anyone had problems with these people? Have had a subscription for 5 months now after signing up for Practical Photography and a free camera bag offer. I am yet to recieve the free gift and got in touch with them 2 months ago to complain. They promised to courier the bag to me immediately (but did mention this could take 28 days!! which must be the worst courier estimate ever) but this still hasn't happened. I have tried calling them again but it appears they are no longer answering the phone which worries me as I just want to cancel and cannot do this online. Anyone got any ideas how to contact them as have also tried emailing to no avail.

Also they are still advertising the free bag offer on their website, so it's not a case of none left.

If anyone is thinking of using these people, just don't.

I cancelled a a subscription with them when they started spamming me to sign up for other magazines despite unsubscribing to emails from them.

Tom is now assisting me in this which is much appreciated, will update once it is all sorted out.

This has now been resolved thankfully. Tome expedited the gift to me which arrived this morning and gave me 2 extra issues for the inconvenience. Good customer experience in the end so thanks.

Never had a problem with these guys, any problems ive had ahve been of my making.
