ESA payment help

I have just changed from IB to ESA , the letter said my ESA started on 1st Aug, and I was last paid my IB on 30th August.I am due to be paid ESA every 2 weeks, and was expecting a payment today, but it hasn't gone in.
Have rung the DWP but can't get through as they are on strike.Any ideas when I might get paid?I'm thinking maybe the 15th as that's 2 weeks from the 1st:(:(

Payment depends on the last two numbers of your NIN.
