Ive had just about enough of these people!!!!!

I placed an order in May, changed my address online and expected it a couple of days later. When it didnt arrive, i called to find out what had gone wrong. I was told it had been delivered and when i stated that it had not, and asked them to check the address, they had delivered it to my old house! I moved 2 years ago...

Customer services (HA) stated that i needed to go online and reorder the same order and that they would then see it was a duplicate and refund the original one. I said no - he could either refund me over the phone or duplicate the order himself as i did still want the items, and that he could also change my address since apparently it hadnt updated when i had done it online. 25 mins later, i was told it was sorted.

Cue a few weeks later - i got my invoice with no refund on it. Fuming was not the word! :mad: I then had a call from customer relations asking for feedback - Lovely girl, who promised that a call would come from the team who processed refunds and she gave me 4 weeks free eggs

No call came...

Cue another call from customer services on Friday - is everything ok, we notice you cancelled your order for eggs. So, told her i was still (!!) waiting on my refund from May, and she promised to put a priority on the call from customer services and could see something was on there from last time. Another 4 weeks of eggs

for free.

Saturday i get an email for £5 off a £10 order - it arrived this morning. 1 item undelivered...fair enough if theyve run out. However, my pack of 3 peppers are MOULDY! 9 spots of mould, all are wrinkled and old. Absolutely disgusting. A complaint has gone in. Im not holding my breath for an easy refund

You should be ashamed of yourself Dairy Crest. Extremely bad service

Although my gripe is more with the milkman himself I have also had problems with CS. None of my complaints have ever been logged and they are terrible at sorting out billing problems.

I've given up and now order my milk and other bits from Abel & Cole. They only deliver once a week but the milk is the best I've ever tasted and the service seems to be very good.

we stopped using them months ago. Once a week I would order a pink of Gold top milk as a treat on my day off on my Frosties!!!
At first the service was really good, the milkman delivered early before I went to work at 06.30 then he started coming at 11.00 now it's around 13.00 and the milk is warm so we gave up. Also lots of the items are really quite expensive even if you add in that they're delivered. I'm all for keeping it local like but not compromising quality.
