National rail website

Last Wednesday, enthused by the Games I decided to visit Stratford,London on Sunday 12th August just to enjoy the buzz as I had no Games tickets.I purchased two tickets for £72 from t national railway games website. After the purchase I received an email from them stating that I had to bring my Olympic games ticket in order to use the train ticket.I contacted them to explain I needed a refund as I had no olympic tickets but all they did was to say there was a warning on the website homepage and therefore it was all my fault and I couldn't use the tickets or get a refund.Does anyone know if I have any way of getting my money back.Has anyone else got their money back or are in a similar situation.Yours James T from Norwich.
