Ebay Chat console.. Contacting ebay

Hi folks,
ages ago i had an issue with fees and spent days wasting time with emails to and from ebay.Somebody on here suggested contacting a ebay staff member via the chat console, where i could discuss the issue in real time. But i have lost the link and cant find it on a search.
Can somebody advise on the link againt please, as i found it a lot quicker than messing around with emails
