Iva and ppi issues

So I started an IVA last October and have had a six month break from it. Thought I would go after the ppi that I must of paid about 6k worth debt free direct want me to use equity in finance who charge 33% which I feel is ridiculous wouldn't it be better to come off my debt? I originally sent a letter to santander to start claiming they must o complained to Dfd thats why they sent me info about claiming through a company. Do I not have a choice? Help

You might be better to post on the IVA board
