Terms and conditions

1. The following rules ("Rules") together with Global Radio's ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.classicfm.co.uk/about-classic-fm/terms-of-use/competition-terms-conditions/ apply to 'Win with Kindle Touch on Classic FM' radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 13/08/2012 to 16/09/2012 ("the Duration"). The "Radio Station" is Classic FM.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to classicfm.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 09:30 on 13/08/2012 and closes at 23:59 on 16/09/2012.

4. At the end of the competition period, a winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and be awarded the prize.

5. To enter the competition you must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Travel is subject toavailability at the discretion of the organiser, must be booked a minimum of 6 weeks before travelling and excludes August, Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and Italy).
Hotel is classed as a premier 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a family room (winner's choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
The walking tour is subject to availability and at the discretion of the organiser.
Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
