The longest I can find are two years. Are there any banks/building societies out there that offer five year ones?
Anyone know who is offering the lowest rates at the moment? I've seen 3.88% from the Woolwich so far.

Thanks sorry I didn't realise there was a forum just for mortgages.
If anyone is interested I found that Skipton does 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rates for buy to lets.0 -
There are a number of lenders which offer 5-year fixed rate buy to let loans. However the vast majority of buy to let lenders will only deal with clients through mortgage brokers, not directly.
So as G_M suggests, speak to a broker0 -
Hi Keithnic.
I agree with Jimbo1976 and G_M.
You may find good interest rates online that are good, only to find out that the lenders don't lend to the public directly OR you don't qualify for those mortgages based on small bits of criteria OR the best lenders don't even show up on your search!
Although moneysupermarket etc. are good at finding headline rates, banks have lists of criteria as long as my arm that don't always work with what you want.
Some banks for instance will not lent on a Buy to Let basis if it has not been let for at least 6 months before.
Skipton, for instance, do not lend to First Time Buyers on their 5 year fixed rate BTL...
You will save yourself a lot of trouble just visiting a broker.
