They Have 4 positives for buying. 2 of which is are negative comments. They have bought electrical items yet they sell electrical items?

I bought an apparently ex-display samsung american style fridge/freezer from them for £350, i had to then pay extra to get it delivered, when it arrived it was clearly second hand, didnt work either as it had at least a faulty compressor which would cost minimum £150 to get replaced, now a month later and no refund or fix as a benefit of their 6 months warranty!! Ive reported elsewhere but dont know what else to do.

We bought a fridge freezer from eurozone Clearance but never received it, were dealing with Trading standards. This is a link to the person in charge of eurozone clearance so think you will be lucky to get any money back, talk to your local TS Remove the brackets in the link to get it to work?

No longer registered on ebay. So i guess a few complaints.

Making me think hard now about buying a sofa from some guys in a half empty factory. Who dont speak english.

Had trouble understanding which colour i wanted. Ordered for 2 weeks time. Before i arrived home they phoned me and said they could deliver it NOW.

Is this going to be a big mistake? Not the people mentioned above. Im just waffling

I wished i had seen this before. I purchased a fridge freezer from Eurozone Clearance ltd of Walsall, Well i thought so in june. Did not get item just a load of excuses they have stolen my money. I tried to telephone trading standards in Walsall to find out about them, but i got a recorded message to say i was out of the area and was cut off. I think the director of this scam has just come out of prision for fraud . I will try my trading standards.

For anybody interested Eurozone Clearance Ltd are still operating. They are using Gumtree under the name Alexander based in Coventry .Tel 07549688627. They are also on used dudley,used sandwell and used wolverhampton. I imagine by the time this gets posted they will have changed name and telephone no. Hope somebody out there gets a chance to get their money back!! The same director as Eurozone is running the same scam.
