Panasonic DMR EX99VEB Recorder = HELP

The Panasonic DMR EX99VEB Recorder has to have the world's most incomprehensible user guide. It has a HDD onto which you can record TV shows and from there copy them onto DVD.

The problem I have is that I have recorded a couple of Olympic events onto the HDD which I should like to transfer to DVD but I cannot find any way of finding out what is on the HDD in terms of recordings, all I can do is press play and see the most recent one. (Sad, I know).

The manual does not have a single reference to Playback in its index. In the actual manual there are pages and pages of stuff about copying and editing and creating playlists but I cannot find anything about looking at the HDD to see what is recorded on there.

Can anyone help?
