Terms and conditions:

1. The promotion closes at midnight 7th September 2012.

2. The prize draw is open to UK residents only, aged 18 or above, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Jordans & Ryvita Company Ltd (“Jordans”), their agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

3. To enter, no purchase is necessary simply visit http://jordanscereals.co.uk/free-goodies/xxxx/ and fill in the relevant form.

4. The prize consists of:

8 pairs of tickets to visit Jimmy’s Farm, Pannington Hall Lane, Ipswich , Suffolk, IP9 2AR between 9.30am-11.30 on Friday 12th October 2012 for an exclusive breakfast followed by a tour of the gardens and a talk from Jimmy Doherty about wildlife gardening. Breakfast, mid morning coffee/tea and entrance fee are included. Any further refreshments, purchases from the shop or travel/accommodation are all excluded.

5. The competition is open to UK residents only.

6. The judge’s decision is final and binding in all matters.

7. It will be the responsibility of the winner to arrange appropriate travel insurance, travel to and from Jimmy’s Farm and any other expenses which may arise.

8. The draw will be made at random and the winner will be notified by e-mail w/c 10th September 2012. The prize is non-transferable. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Incomplete entries, or entries which are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by Jordans will be excluded from the prize draw.

10. While we can take responsibility for making great cereal, we’re afraid we can’t take responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete, cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

11. The Promoter cannot take responsibility for any prizes which are lost, damaged or broken in transit.

12. No cash alternative is available, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

13. The name of the prize-winner will be available from The Promoter by post after the 1st November 2012.

14. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. By entering this competition you have agreed for Jordans to use your entry for publicity purposes including online formats e.g. Facebook and on the Jordans website.

15. If the winner has not contacted us within 28 days of first email notification we reserve the right to re-draw the prize, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to the prize.

16. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your permission except for the purposes of the draw you have entered.

17. The Promoter retains the right to cancel this free prize draw at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise out of their control.

18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by You as a result of entering the Competition to accepting any prize.

19. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with our without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).

These terms and conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning these terms and conditions and any matter arising therefrom.

Would you be ok just to edit the title for indexing by date/clarity please eg

If left as is it will be indexed wrong so you end up with the issue that can be seen on page 1 of this view of the board.

7 How can I amend my thread title if I need to?
To edit the thread title you can click 'Edit' then select 'Go Advanced'.

The next screen will show your post & above it you will see 2 boxes 'Reason for Editing', which you don't have to complete & also 'Title' which has your thread title info in it.
