I am on medical retirement from a former employer (and have been for 2 years) - this former employer is now trying to backdate some new rules (brought in SINCE my medical retirement) - which, if sucessful - will hit me in the pocket quite badly
I assume that this is unlawful and can anyone come up with a reply that I can give them for trying this on ?
