Mint Plant
I have a mint plant in a container outside. It was growing fine, and had a lot of leaves on it, which I have cut a few off. Even though watered, the leaves don't seem as green as they were, and the shoots are thick and 'twig' like. Small off shoots are still growing, but should I be concerned, and can I save it? This is the second time I have grown mint in a container, with the same result. Do I need to cut it back more?

Just chop it all back to about an inch above the ground - it will grow back.If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0

Its part of it's life cycle. It'll get tough and straggly now and the top growth will die off in the winter and throw out new shoots in the spring. Or now, if you cut it back
It's as tough as old boots I wouldn't worry about it.0
