Please help-dont know what to do now-bank turned me down

hi,
i have recently been trying to reclaim my bank charges, using the templates i got off here,i even used the one saying i was going to take them to court,and the HSBC have just wrote to me saying that the charges were fair and basically im not getting a penny :eek: . im owed roughly £1800 and believe me the charges were anything but fair. i was just wanting some advice and what the next thing i should do is.....whats the next step and how do i go about it.

    If you've told them you're going to take them to court and their time is up, you need to do exactly that. See the Step by step guide in my signature.

    To issue a claim form where your claim is for money only and the amount is:

    up to £300 £30
    £300.01 - £500 £50
    £500.01 - £1,000 £80
    £1,000.01 - £5,000 £120
