hi,
i have recently been trying to reclaim my bank charges, using the templates i got off here,i even used the one saying i was going to take them to court, and the HSBC have just wrote to me saying that the charges were fair and basically im not getting a penny  . im owed roughly £1800 and believe me the charges were anything but fair. i was just wanting some advice and what the next thing i should do is.....whats the next step and how do i go about it.
thanks alot
keep up the good work
