Unable to log on for SA

I am trying to log on to HMRC to deal with my self assessment tax for year 2011/12 and am unable to ....
To start with - I used the password reminder (using the UTR) - That works and gives me a password.....
Next - using this password - I try to recover my USER ID (Using the new password and the previously used UTR) Plus my NI number / post code
This fails - telling me that "HM Revenue & Customs is not able to identify you based on the information you have provided. Please check the details you have entered"
Anyone else having problems logging on at the moment ?
