What happens after 52 weeks permitted work?

What happens if you are on incapacity benefit and do permitted work of less than 16 hours for 52 weeks but then continue to work the same hours (less than 16) after the 52 weeks.
I am unable to do more than a few hours a week due to illness but under the rules after 52 weeks it looks like I will have to give up work for a year as I can't hold down a job of more than 16 hours and you can only do 52 weeks permitted work.
