restuffing feather cushions

I'm thinking of re-stuffing my very tired looking sofa cushions.
The cushions are large...25 x 25 inches (approx 61x 61 cms).

Does anyone know how to calculate how many grams of feathers I would need to buy to get quite a firm cushion?

thanks all!

Weigh your old cushions and then guesstimate by percentage of volume how much firmer you want them.

Give a thought to alergy sufferers before you go ahead, unless you are a hermit that is.;)

By that I mean and visitor to your place could have a reaction to feathers, it's common, I have it.
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed
