If I've checked the prices of other places up for sale in the area (on Rightmove) and places that have sold recently and general info on Zoopla, is there anywhere else I can look to give me figures to back up my offer/help me decide what my offer should be?
You could also try: propertysnake.co.uk to see what kind of price reductions are being applied to properties, on the market, in whatever UK postcode area you're looking at
