Am just in the process of buying a new car. been offered £1400 for my old one as part-X
Was hoping for around £1800
Have tried 'we buy any car' and on-line offer price £1375. Have just come across cash4cars whose on-line offer is £1750.
Have arranged home visit later this week, does anyone have any experience with this company?
Have tried to find some reviews, but haven't found any?
Thanks

I bet they find minor marks and scratches that you failed to mention.
Haggle harder with your dealer, If they wont budge after seeing your car then sell it privately.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
cashmy-car.com is a scam they try to get you to pay £50,
beware!!!!!
previously they were gbcarbuyer.com, gbautobuyer.com, they change the site every other week, they aren't interested in buying cars , they just want the £50 appointment fee.!!!!!!0 -

only deal with the company if they have their address on the website. the others will be scammers.0 -
This advice has confirmed what I suspected - a complete scam. Their bid for my car was close to the asking price in Autotrader - then they sent several texts confirming the price, and asking me to log on to their website to book an appointment for their buyer but I had my doubts when they asked for £50 up front before viewing the car. Also could not find any reviews from people who had used them.0

I would avoid any company that ask for any sort of payment.
£20 off 1000 people must be worth 20 minutes and £10 buying a website and uploading it.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
