I can't vouch for this myself but have had this recommended:

I have used this and it is very good. Domesto Grotbuster is also good and possibly cheaper, but not as easy to use - it comes in a bleach type bottle rather than the spray one the stuff from Lakeland comes in which means it's not that easy to use on walls, ceilings etc.

All these chemical may just kill the mould but they wont ever fix the problem. Most of it is how we conduct our lives, cook, bath, dry clothes even breathing causing condensation. A warm house can hold more water in the atmosphere which is generated by us breathing, cooking etc. When the air cools the water in the air condenses on cold surfaces like outside walls, windows etc

Ventilating, insulation can help. Which granted is not always easy. Why not get a dehumidifier it can help and reduce it but far better is to take preventative measures first

had similar problem in house we bought 7 year ago .
you need to DRY the place out first get your self a dehumidifier ,Ebac or good and let it run on full for about a week then treat your black patches with neat thick bleach .
As said before when done make sure you use extractor fans in kitchens and bathroom and make sure they are good fans not just the £25 type from B & Q.

    Sounds like condensation OP

    Buy a dehumidifier
Open windows if drying clothes in the house
Close doors to the bathroom and kitchen whilst in use and immediately after.
Use a warm water and bleach solution to clean the mould

I have used the HG spray before and found it very good, but expensive. As an alternative, Home Bargains sell one by Wizz for 99p, and I have found this just as effective
