What are the chances of getting credit card charges refunded?

    yes, you can reclaim your CC charges in the same way as bank charges.
    EU tariff on agricultual product 12.2%
    some dairy products 42.1% cloths 11.4%

    would i go about doing it in the same way?

    Even if i have defaulted on an account can i still claim back charges?

    So let me get this right,
    you took out a credit card
    ramped up a load of debt,
    didn’t pay it back,
    got charged for not repaying
    and now want the bank to refund you those charges despite the fact you didn’t pay back the money you owed them?

    yes, you go about it the same way. in fact the OFT guidance about unlawful penalty charges was in relation to CC and not bank accounts. If you still owe them money then you may find the refund is offset against your debt.

    Just follow the same step by step guide as used for reclaiming bank charges.

    I've claimed back on credit cards successfully ;)
