The freebie came from a page of this month's Glamour magazine. I have the page from the magazine in front of me now, but the actual magazine has gone for recycling so I can't tell you what the page number is I'm afraid.

As far as I'm aware it's completely genuine and as smeeth says above, there have been offers like this in Company and Glamour magazines in the past where the pages look similar.
