Can anyone find out the details of this page for me? It looks a little bit simple and when you type in the address for the t&cs it just takes you back to this page. The logos just 'don't seem right' to me either. Maybe I'm being a bit too cautious.....

I've had things like this from Glamour before by filling in these short surveys, they're perfectly legit. They always look simple, for easier page loading etc.
