Does the act ban the "threat" of clamping as well as the act of clamping itself ? If not then I expect to see a lot of signs remaining post 1st October.
No, probably not. And I suppose if you are insufficiently clued up to be warned off by a clamping warning scrawled on a blackboard (which this is) then you will also not realise (come October) that clamping is outlawed anyway.Je suis Charlie.0
