either consider an isa ( depending on your circumstances ie whether u are a tax payer or non tax payer ) or consider a regular savings account, an instant access cash isa gives u usually unlimited access to your money whereas regular savings accounts tend to limit you to 1 or 2 withdrawals per year, regular savings accounts sometimes pay a higher interest rate net than some isas pay. Some regular savings accounts end after 12 months or sometimes 2 years, yorkshire building society regular monthly saver is an ongoing monthly saver, amounts deposited per month can be varied as long as its between 10.00 - 500.00 per month, payments can be made either in person at a branch or by standing order and currently pays 7% gross ( 5.6%net) Yorkshire BS doesnt tend to launch high paying savings accounts only for them to drop after a short period of time and imho is the best regular savings account on the market in heres a link to the product guide
