Past Times: A Negative Experience

Options
Ordered £15 worth of stuff from Past Times and payment was taken out on the 20th July. I was informed my items had been posted but when they arrived two of the items were missing. According to my order history the whole order had been posted and according to my receipt from my package no other items were expected.

I got in touch with Past Times who informed me the other two items would be sent shortly so I left it at that.

Yesterday, after still having recieved no communication I got in touch again informing them money had been taken on the 20th July but no items had been recieved and their lack of information was worrying me.

They got back to me that same day letting me know the items were now out of stock and offering me a refund on those two items.

I am glad I got the refund but I am very disappointed this is something I had to chase up. I wonder how long it would have been left had I not said anything?

Past Times should also sort out there order history page if things are only partially dispatched as it is very confusing to list the whole order as dispatched if that is not the case.
