Is anyone else having trouble in using their vocuhers obtained in this programme?

I got the codes easy enough but when I've tried to use them on two occasions now I've hit the proberval brickwall.

So far the carp excuses that I've been given is that a) the item was out of stock by the time I managed to put in all my codes and b) there are literally thousands of people trying to use their codes online and their server is having difficulty.

I now have to wait 24 hrs to get the codes released (yet again!!) -I just hope the bargain that I want is still available!
