Hiya
Bought a binatone read me a few months ago, loaded it up and working great. Just been on my jollies, second to last day screen goes funny, about 2/3rds down blank except for about 5 lines of the last book I was on. Tried gently shaking it, leaving it at various different angles, switching on and off, resetting it (pen to the back of the hole in the rear). Has been some minor improvement but still completely ineffectual. (fortunately had finished 50 shades....)
Not sure what else to try. Bought off ebay but new but haven't contacted them as hoping it might self sort..... My next option is to leave till battery flat but that will be ages.
Any advice please?
Definitely wasn't sat on etc as was on my pillow when I nipped for a shower.

Provided you have some evidence that you bought it new a few months ago, contact Binatone and get it replaced under warranty?
