We are flying from Stansted tomorrow, and one of our party needs wheelchair help to get to the gates, we are flying ryanair, and we have tried all day today on their phone to get some wheelchair assistance organised. Their lines have not (it seems) to be manned and every time we have called since 9.00 am till 17.45 we have not got an answer. The Stansted Airport website doesnt help , just tells people to get in touch with their airline, all we need is a wheelchair or help to get to gate 50 ish

THIS IS ON THE RYANAIR BOOKING PAGE YOU COMPLETED WHEN YOU BOOKED.
"Please check box to reserve special assistance at the airport for members of your party. Failure to prebook special assistance may result in the service being unavailable."0 -
The only number listed on saynoto0870 for Ryanair is 0871 246 0000 (there's no geographic alternative, the call centre seems to be in Dublin), is that the one you've been using? I would be astonished if it's not manned, although if they are busy it might take a while to get through.0

Understand what you say, but we booked this flight 2 months ago, and only 2 days ago needed a wheelchair as one of our members has had a problem, otherwise i would have done this at the time.0

OK understood, can't help I'm afraid as I've only ever booked wheelchairs in Asia. Good luck.0
