Dealt with Quinn for Car Insurance?

Thanks to many of you on the forum, I have got a faviourable quote for Car Insurance from Quinn. I wanted to add my 17 year old daughter (provisional licence) to our car insurance and most companies were quoting in the region of £2,000. However, Quinn have come up with a quote of around £700.
Whilst never one to look a gift horse in the mouth, I would like to know if anyone has experience of dealing with claims with Quinn. It just seems strange that they seem to constantly come out so much lower than most companies, so I would just like some reassurance that they are OK to deal with, as I have never heard of them before.

Quinn specialises in young drivers and any claims are settled speedily. Quinn's insurance division was set up in Ireland about 11 years ago and expanded to the UK mainland about 2 years ago.0

Very bitter experience with them.I would recommend it is as 'no' although it looks good for young drivers.0
