Need Contact Details at Halifax VISA to Make Complaint

I am dealing with my late father's estate, he had a VISA card with Halifax and despite me ringing, and ringing, and ringing, since mid-December when he died, I've still got no further forward.

If anyone has a name/address/telephone number they could give me of someone I could contact there it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks for your reply but preferably I wanted a contact number/name of someone higher up the food chain as it were. I have tried ringing this number on numerous occasions but have been "fobbed off" and informed I need their bereavement department (or something like that) but then they have been no help either.

Call on 08457 283848 and ask to be put through to the deceased helpline. There is a department that deals with this.

Unless this is who you called in previous times?
