West ham useless ticket office!

My husbands season ticket arrived 2 weeks, so its natural to worry with a week to the season to start , as where my sons ticket is. Not according to their extremely rude and unhelpful customer service. I phoned to ask where it was Monday and was told they send them out randomly. Today I phoned the ticket office and was told men first followed by children. Seems odd to me but at least I had slight information, until I was still speaking and he hung up on me. We paid for the tickets months ago and the season was sorted weeks ago, so what the hell have they been doing? At least It wont be me queuing with thousands of others before the start of Saturdays game.

The league starts next Saturday. As long as the ticket arrives before then I don't really see what the problem is?
Not sure how many season tickets West Ham sell but it must be in excess of 20,000. I imagine it takes a bit of time to get them all sent out. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

But you are assuming there will be a problem! I've noticed before on here that you have a very negative outlook on life you have, you want to be alot more positive about things!
As a season ticket holder all you require is your ticket to arrive before the season starts. I don't think its fair to vent about something that has not happened yet. If the OP's ticket arrives before next Saturday and there are no issues does that still make West Ham Ticket office "useless"This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Erm, no - I'm assuming there may be a problem. That's hardly a negative outlook, it's entirely realistic. Hopefully for the OP there won't be.
If a company leaves something to the last minute, so there's no time to deal with potential issues, when they could have done it some weeks previously, they deserve criticism in my book.0 -

Its not the last minute. There are 8 days till the season starts. I think you want to look up the definition of the phrase "last minute"This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
